The Aspelin Ramm Group is focusing on property development and real estate management, although there is also traditional trading activity within the company. Nowadays, Motek AS, a leading tool supplier for professionals, runs this part of the business.
Aspelin Ramm is predominantly engaged in building and developing projects in Oslo and the areas surrounding the Norwegian capital, but there are other important areas too, especially in and around the two main Swedish cities, Gothenburg and Stockholm.
Aspelin Ramm carries out some of their larger and more complex development projects in close collaboration with other leading developers: Selvaag, OBOS, Anthon B Nilsen Eiendom, ROM Eiendom and Eiendomsspar.
Quality in building and material is a driving force. Among architectural success stories are prizewinners like Christiania Qvartalet (office quarter) and DogA/Hausmanns gate 16 (artful transformation project) sticks out.
Aspelin Ramm has 240 employees and manages approx. 400 000 m2 of real estate.
Established in 1881, a limited company in 1976, the name of th holding company was changed to Aspelin Ramm Gruppen AS in 1988.
